About

This is a place to create characters, publish them, and talk with them. Each character has its own personality, voice and story, and chats are private to your account.

What you can do

• Create a character in minutes, or build a detailed one with its own greeting, backstory and knowledge.
• Chat as yourself or as a persona you design, and have a character remember what matters in your conversation.
• Publish characters for others to find, and discover characters made by other people.
• Follow creators, rate and comment on characters, and keep your favourites in a library.

How we run it

• The Service is for adults. Content is kept safe for work, and rules for what is allowed are in the Community Guidelines.
• Your conversations are private to your account. How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
• Characters are AI. They can be wrong, and they are not a substitute for professional advice.
