Your conversations
A conversation belongs to the account that started it. The person who wrote the character cannot read it, and neither can anyone else talking to the same character.
Memory
What a character remembers about you is stored against that conversation and nothing else. You can list it, correct it, and delete it, and deleting it removes it from the search that retrieves it.
When staff can look
Only when a conversation has been reported, only with the permission that allows it, and every occasion is recorded in an audit trail.
